Vcell Power Group was founded in 2001, specializing in the research, design, manufacture, and sale of rechargeable batteries, including NI-MH, NI-CD batteries, Li-ion batteries, lithium polymer batteries, and LiFePo4 batteries. As an advanced and innovative battery manufacturer, we aim to supply the highest quality batteries to our customers.

Wide Battery Range to Choose from
In 2001, we started with only 100 workers. At that time, we only produce nickel-cadmium batteries and nickel-metal hydride batteries. In 2003, our smart leader Mr. Hu recognized that wearable device is more and more popular, which requires a higher power density, small and light battery. Then, we started to develop lithium batteries. In July 2004, our first Li-ion 18650 battery comes out. After that, our lithium polymer battery went to the market. Up to now, we have thousands of models of LiPo batteries. In 2007, we opened the LiFePo4 battery production line, which is widely used for home solar systems, solar street lights, electric vehicles, and more.

Exporting to Different Countries
We always combine advanced technology with a strict quality control system to achieve the highest quality. We cooperate with many famous battery labs. Due to heavy investment in modern technology, our products have won the trust of customers all over the world. So far, our batteries have been exported to more than 80 countries including Europe, the US, South Africa, and South Korea.

With more than 10 years' development, now we have already been one of the leader battery manufacturers in China, with more than 1,000 skilled workers and two factories located in Dongguan and Jiangxi. All our batteries are produced under UEC, UN38.3, UL, CE, and RoHS standards. In 2014, with the purpose of attracting talented staff and further expanding our international sales, we moved our headquarters and sales office to a high-tech city - Shenzhen.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have 27 QC people who are responsible for the quality of income material, production, before delivery testing and more.
Quality Control Procedures
All our incoming material should be approved by our IQC department, then put into production. And our production process is controlled from material to complete battery. Before delivery, all of our battery will be 100 checked, such as charge&discharge for 3 cycles, OVC/IR tecting, capacity testing
Origin of Materials and Components
We use LICOO2 or LiFePo4 as positive material of our lithium which is more steady performance than the "NCM" technology.
Additional Information about the Quality Control Process
All of our factory incoming material should be approved by our IQC department, then put into production. Our production process are strictly controled as field production rules. All of our complete battery will be 100% checked again, and approved by our QC director, then ship to customer!

Policy on Forced Labour
We do not use any prison, slave, indentured, or forced labor in the manufacture of any of our products.
Policy on Child Labour
We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.

We believe it is our duty to protect the environment and we do this by complying with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
Policy on Sensitive Transactions
It is our policy to prohibit employees from entering into sensitive transactions -- business dealings generally considered to be either illegal, immoral, unethical, or to reflect adversely on the integrity of the Company. These transactions usually come in the form of bribes, kickbacks, gifts of significant value, or payoffs made to favorably influence some decision affecting a company's business or for the personal gain of an individual.
Policy on Commercial Bribery
We prohibit employees from receiving, directly or indirectly, anything of value in return for using or agreeing to use his or her position for the benefit of that other person. Similarly, commercial bribes, kickbacks, gratuities, and other payoffs and benefits paid to any customer are prohibited. However, this does not include expenditures of a reasonable amount for meals and entertainment of customers if they are otherwise lawful, and should be included on expense reports and approved under standard Company procedures.
Accounting Controls, Procedures and Records
We accurately keep books and records of all transactions and the dispositions of our assets as required by law, as well as maintain a system of internal accounting controls to ensure the reliability and adequacy of our books and records. We ensure only transactions with proper management approval are accounted for in our books and records.

We strictly prohibit the disclosure of material inside information to persons within the company whose positions deny access to such information. Inside information is any data that has not been publicly disclosed.
